Golf Putting Lessons or a Putting Trainer?

Click Here to build your own home putting trainer system.

Most golfers would like to improve their golf scores the fastest way possible. Golfers are often told that taking putting lessons and following putting drills is the best way to improve their scores but most amatuer golfers still prefer to mosy on down to the local driving range to pull out their drivers and start pounding away. This may be a great physical way to escape the stresses of modern life (by taking it out on a golf ball!) but for most golfers this will not do much to improve their golf scores in a hurry.

So what can golfers do to improve their putting? Well the obvious answer is to take some putting lessons from your club professional, though this can be expensive and you may only be able to squeeze in a half hour lesson a week. I personally shaved 6 strokes off my golf score in just a few weeks. I built my own home putting trainer system using parts that cost me less than $5 from my local hardware store. Having this system at home allowed me to get regular practice whenever I had a just few minutes to spare and as they old saying goes “practice makes perfect”, so before long I was sinking all of my so called “easy” putts and getting a lot more of the difficult longer putts too.
